- 8 to 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 c. onion
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 lb. imitation crab
- 1/2 lb. salad shrimp
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Mix bacon, cheese, onion and 1 egg at a time.

3Beat in remaining ingredients.

4Stir in shrimp and crab last.

5Pour into pie crust.

6Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.

7Reduce oven temperature to 300°.

8Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
