- 1 to 1 1/4 c. cooked shrimp or crabmeat
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine seafood and celery in bowl.

2Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.

3Pour over seafood and celery.

5Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
