- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained well *
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 heaping tsp. creamy horseradish
Directions

1Using hands, combine cream cheese, crab and soy sauce, forming mixture into ball.

2Cover and refrigerate.

3Just before serving, mix catsup and horseradish.

4Place ball in center of plate and pour sauce over it.

5Surround with assorted crackers.
