- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large diced green pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 10 oz. fish (crabmeat, lobster, scallops, shrimp and langistinos, etc.)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute green pepper in butter until tender; add 2 tablespoons flour.

2In a double boiler place soup, cheese and soda.

3Melt.

4Add sauteed pepper, milk, cream and fish.

5Heat well and serve with rice or crackers.
