- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Bring milk to almost boiling; add butter, sugar and salt.

3Cool.

4Add beaten eggs and yeast mixture.

5Add 3 cups flour.

6Add 3 more cups flour.

7Refrigerate overnight or for at least several hours.

8Divide dough into 3 parts.

9Roll out into large circle (dough approximately 1/8-inch thick).

10Cut into 12 triangular parts.

11Roll up and let rise.

12Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

13Butter.

14Makes 36 rolls.
