- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 large carrots
- 1 small can corn, drained
- 3 stalks celery, sliced thinly
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
- 3 c. milk
- canned clams
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until golden.

2Add carrots, celery, potatoes and seasonings.

3Stir in flour.

4Add clam juice.

5Simmer for 30 minutes.

6Add milk, corn and clams.

7Heat slowly until hot. Serves 4.
