- 1 each sea cucumber prepared
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
- 1 package cream cheese
Directions

1Rip the cucumber open and remove the long, thin white muscles that run lengthwise down the middle, and discard the rest.

2Cook muscles for a few minutes until they look done, then mince, grind or whip them in a blender.

3Drain and use as follows.

4Salt, pepper and grated onion to taste.

5Combine all ingredients.
