- 5 cups wheat flour
- water

- 1 cup onion finely chopped, Optional
- 2 cups zucchini sliced any way you want
- salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions

1Heat some oil in a wok and add onion(optional) and zucchini and toss around for a bit.

2Add some salt and pepper.Saute for a bit till the zucchini is done.

3Now add the sauce and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

4Add the fried and soy soaked gluten or the marinated and fried gluten to the mixture and let cook for about 7-8 minutes on medium high.

5Add a cup of vegetable broth or water if you like to have it as gravy.

6Take off heat and keep aside to cool.
