Self Crust Cheese Cake

- 1 pt. Ricotta
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

2Put into spring-form pan.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Turn off oven.

5Leave cheese cake in hot oven for 1 more hour.

6(Do not open door.) Remove from oven.

7Cool for 2 or 3 hours.

8Top with favorite topping or leave plain.

9Canned pie filling, chilled, makes a good topping.
