- 1 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs, well beaten
- dash of salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar.

2Add to well-beaten eggs.

3Add milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla flavoring and mix well.

4Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter; pour mixture in pan and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.

5Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
