- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt, to taste
Directions

1In a small saucepan, bring milk to boil. Stir semolina in gradually.

2Add butter, sugar and salt.

3Bring to a boil once again, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Serve with jam, honey or fruits.
