Sesame Beef Strips

- 1 lb. beef flank steak
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. each: ground coriander, ginger and chili powder
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Slice beef thinly across the grain.

2In shallow bowl, mix sesame seed, flour and spices.

3Dip beef strips into broth, then toss in flour mixture.

4Set aside.

5Heat oil in wok or nonstick skillet until hot.

6Add onion and pepper; saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; continue cooking 1 minute longer.

7Add beef.

8Cook, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes.
