  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Directions

    Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling, salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

    Drain.

    In saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame seed.

    Heat to boiling; pour over broccoli.

    Turn spears to coat.
