- 2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into two-inch pieces
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes.

2Drain and keep warm.

3Combine remaining ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over broccoli, turning pieces to coat well.

4Serve immediately.
