- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. each: salad oil and soy sauce
- 2 egg whites or thawed no cholesterol substitute equivalent to 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry or other white wine
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 5 spice powder
- 4 Tbsp. each bread crumbs and sesame seed
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite-size cubes.

2Stir with salad oil, soy sauce, wine, egg whites and ginger.

3Marinate 1 hour.

4Combine bread crumbs and sesame seed; roll chicken cubes in this mixture or shake in a closed plastic bag.

5Arrange in a single layer on a shallow nonstick baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
