Sesame Crusted Ahi

- 1/4 C sesame oil
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t ground ginger
- 1 1/4 pd. tuna 1 inch thick
- 3 T each sesame seeds and black sesame seeds
- 1/2 t pepper and salt
Directions

1Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder and ginger in small bowl. Place tuna in larger resealable bag or glass dish. Add marinade, turn to coat well. refrigerate 30 min. Mix sesame seeds, pepper and salt on large plate. Remove tuna from marinade. Discard marinade. Coat tuna on both sides with sesame seed mixture, pressing firmly so the mixture adheres to the tuna. Heat large nonstick skillet on med heat. cook to desired doneness. Don't add oil use a dry pan. Enjoy!
