- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
- salt, to taste
Directions

1Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.

2Cook, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute the sesame seeds and garlic in oil.

3Drain beans; stir into garlic mixture.

4Season with salt. Makes 6 servings.
