Sesame Roasted Broccoli

  • 3 cups Semi-cooked Broccoli
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli until halfway done (I just boiled mine in water until the florets turned a brighter green), then toss in a bowl.

    To the broccoli, pour on the sesame oil and sprinkle on sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes. You can certainly use less red pepper than this if you can't handle the heat. Toss it all together to create a lovefest of sesame, and spread the florets out in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
