Ingredients

  • Marinade; 1 lime juiced & seeded
  • 1 tablespoon Ponzu(citrus soy sauce) 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 2- 4oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Sesame butter;
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ponzu or soy sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients for sesame butter well, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes

    stir together marinade and marinate salmon for 30 minutes, up to an hour.

    preheat oven to 350 F

    toast sesame seeds and celery seeds until slightly brown, set aside.

    preheat broiler

    broil salmon skin side up for 5 minutes, flip to flesh side up and broil 5 more minutes.

    sprinkle with toasted seeds and serve with a pad of sesame butter on top. Enjoy!
