- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Make a few slits in each wing.

2Mix all ingredients in bowl, except chicken, and mix well.

3Add chicken and coat

4with batter. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

5In wok, shallow fry chicken until cooked, about 15 minutes.
