- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 tsp. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In top of a double boiler, mix egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup.

2Beat over boiling water, at high speed, for 7 minutes or until mixture stands in peaks.

3Remove from water.

4Add vanilla; beat 1 minute more.

5Makes 4 1/2 cups.
