- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine in top part of a double boiler.

2Both the egg whites and the water should be cold.

3Set over briskly boiling water in the bottom of a double boiler.

4After beating, about 3 or 4 minutes, add six large marshmallows.

5Continue beating until the mixture will hold a stiff peak without falling to one side.
