- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 1 can (7 oz.) flaked tuna
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine soup, water, salt, onion and pepper. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

2Pour half of mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Make 3 layers in casserole using Minute rice (right from the box), then peas and then tuna.

4Add remaining soup mixture.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Bake, covered, at 375° for 20 or 25 minutes, cutting through mixture with a knife after baking 10 minutes.

7Serves 4.
