  • 1 package lemon cake mix Duncan Hines Supreme
  • 1 package jello instant pineapple cream pudding
  • 3/4 cup oil Wesson
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 10 ounces 7 up
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 can Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
  • 3 chopped pecans

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

    Mix together eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Cook until thick. Cool. Add coconut and pecans and spread over cake.
