  • 1 each cake mix, lemon
  • 1 each instant pudding mix pineapple
  • 4 large eggs
  • 23 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 ounces 7-up
  • 1 each pineapple, canned, crushed
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 1 can coconut
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

    Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl.

    Add oil and eggs.

    Beat about 2 minutes.

    Add 7-Up and mix until well blended.

    Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been greased and floured.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done in a preheated 350F (180C) oven.

    While still hot spread with Icing.

    Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick.

    Add coconut and blend well.

    Spread over cake while both are still warm.
