- 1 box lemon gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 bottle 7-Up (small bottle)
- few drops green food coloring
Directions

1Mix the cup of boiling water with the lemon gelatin and then add the cream cheese to it, beating it into the gelatin a little at a time with the electric mixer.

2Add the pineapple, pecans, sugar, vanilla and 7-Up.

3Then add the green food coloring.

4Put this into your refrigerator and let stand.

5When it begins to set, mix it again so the pecans won't come to the top.
