Shake And Bake Broccoli

  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 2/3 cups Bread Crumbs (I Use Seasoned)
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan, Grated

Directions

    (Ingredient amounts are not exact, they are guesstimated.)

    You will need a gallon ziplock.

    Cut broccoli florets from head. (The smaller the florets are, the more breading can be crammed into them.)

    Into ziplock: place broccoli florets, olive oil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan. (I don't measure anything, just add until it seems right.)

    Seal baggie and shake, shake, shake. Squish the bag all around to stuff the breading and Parmesan into all of the broccoli nooks and crannies.

    Pour out onto cookie or pizza baking sheet.

    Bake in 375F oven for 20+ minutes. The breading and and bottom should be brown, but I like mine to be as bright green as possible.
