  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 envelope original Shake 'n Bake

Directions

    Peel potatoes and quarter them.

    Dip potatoes in milk and place in bag with Shake 'n Bake; coat well.

    Bake on a cookie sheet that has 1/8-inch oil on it.

    Bake approximately for 30 minutes at 400°.

    Turn several times.
  6. 6
    Can be served with cheese sauce or sour cream.
