- 2 c. Niblets corn (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.

2Add eggs; beat well. Stir in corn and milk.

3Pour into greased and buttered casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 325°.

4Stir once halfway through cooking.

5When done, it will be golden brown and a silver knife, inserted in the center, will come out clean.
