  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers ( sweet )
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tomato paste
  • 1 olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 spices

    Put in one table spoon of oil .

    After it heats up put in the chopped onion .

    Wait untill it cooked a little ( see through ) and add the garlic and salt and pepper.

    Don't cook at any time at a high heat .

    A minute after add the 2 big chopped red peppers and cook until they are soft .

    Abou 20 min .

    Stir so they don't burn .

    After the red peppers are ready you can add about 5 fine chopped tomatoes with 2 table spoons of tomatoe paste ( if it gets too thick you can add some water ) .

    Stir good and add the hot pepper .

    I add half of it , you shoul add as you like .

    Let it cook for 20 min

    Break a egg and stir with everything ( blend it well it) it will help the ingredients stick together .

    After drop the rest of the eggs like in the picture ( it helps if you make place for them with a spoon ) and put a lid over everything .

    Let it cook untill you see that the eggs are ready .

    You should check them and see , it depends if you like them runny or hard
