- 5 tomatoes
- 2 red peppers ( sweet )
- 6 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tomato paste
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 spices
Directions

1Put in one table spoon of oil .

2After it heats up put in the chopped onion .

3Wait untill it cooked a little ( see through ) and add the garlic and salt and pepper.

4Don't cook at any time at a high heat .

5A minute after add the 2 big chopped red peppers and cook until they are soft .

6Abou 20 min .

7Stir so they don't burn .

8After the red peppers are ready you can add about 5 fine chopped tomatoes with 2 table spoons of tomatoe paste ( if it gets too thick you can add some water ) .

9Stir good and add the hot pepper .

10I add half of it , you shoul add as you like .

11Let it cook for 20 min

12Break a egg and stir with everything ( blend it well it) it will help the ingredients stick together .

13After drop the rest of the eggs like in the picture ( it helps if you make place for them with a spoon ) and put a lid over everything .

14Let it cook untill you see that the eggs are ready .

15You should check them and see , it depends if you like them runny or hard
