- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz.)
- soy sauce
Directions

1Season and brown meat in skillet; drain.

2Cook rice (1 cup rice-2 cups water).

3Bring to boil, turn to low, cover and cook 20 minutes; do not rinse.

4Mix soup, mushrooms and vegetables together with meat and rice.

5Add soy sauce to taste.

6Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Top with noodles and bake at 350° until bubbly. Do not cook vegetables before mixing.
