- 3 shank bones or soup bones
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 7 to 8 medium ground potatoes
- 2 large onions, ground
- 1 pkg. beef (stew)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook bones and meat until meat is tender, about 1 hour.

2Take out bones and meat.

3Add rice, ground potatoes and onion to stock and boil.

4Add tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.

5Boil until all ingredients are done.

6Cut meat off bones and serve meat alongside or in soup.
