Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken legs and thighs, skin removed
  • 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can mushroom pieces or fresh
  • 2 or 3 onions
  • lots of garlic (be generous, it's good for you)
  • 1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • additional liquid, white wine or sherry 1/2 as much soup

    Combine ingredients.

    Cook covered at 250° to 300° for about 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve over rice or egg noodles.
