  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 10 oz. frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 2 large potatoes, scrubbed and diced

  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. shrimp, chopped
  • 8 oz. oysters, diced
  • 8 oz. clams, diced
  • 4 to 5 mushrooms, sliced
