  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can mixed vegetables or 1 small pkg. frozen vegetables, cooked
  • 3 or 4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix ground beef, vegetables and soup in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with mashed potatoes and cheese.
