- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix thoroughly 1/2 can soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.

2Press firmly in 9-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, spoon off fat.

4Frost with potatoes.

5Top with remaining soup and cheese.

6Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
