Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 4 to 5 potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • frozen corn (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Saute garlic and onion in some olive oil until brown.

    Add ground meat and cook until crumbly.

    Drain fat.

    Add tomato paste, the bouillon cubes (crumbled) and flour.

    Cook for 1 minute.

    Add the wine, water, tarragon, salt and pepper.

    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
