  • 2 deep dish pie crusts
  • 4 large white potatoes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. Season-All
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Boil potatoes until soft.

    Cream potatoes, adding butter and milk.

    Add 2 ounces cheese to mixture.

    Brown ground beef; add seasoning.

    Pour fat off ground beef.

    Add ground beef mixture to creamed potatoes.

    Pour into 2 pie crusts and top with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350° until cheese has melted and formed a slightly hard crust, for 25 to 30 minutes.
