- 2 deep dish pie crusts
- 4 large white potatoes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. Season-All
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Boil potatoes until soft.

2Cream potatoes, adding butter and milk.

3Add 2 ounces cheese to mixture.

4Brown ground beef; add seasoning.

5Pour fat off ground beef.

6Add ground beef mixture to creamed potatoes.

7Pour into 2 pie crusts and top with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° until cheese has melted and formed a slightly hard crust, for 25 to 30 minutes.
