  • 3 to 5 potatoes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 can peas, green beans or corn

    Boil potatoes.

    Fry ground beef with any of the following: onion, celery or green peppers.

    After browned, lay in small casserole dish.

    Add soup and mix.

    Add peas, green beans or corn. Add pats of butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
