- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb 96% lean ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, medium, mashed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 14 cup light sour cream
- 14 cup nonfat milk
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Cook ground beef over medium-high heat.

3Add minced onion and continue to cook until meat is fully browned and onion is soft.

4Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix in frozen vegetables.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Cook and mash potatoes, adding butter, sour cream and milk.

8Put meat mixture into 11 x 7 casserole dish.

9Spread potatoes over the mixture.

10Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is bubbly and potatoes are starting to brown on top.
