Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 can Green Beans, Drained
- 3 whole Potatoes
- Milk And Butter, To Taste (to Make Mashed Potatoes)
- Grated Cheese For Topping (optional)
Directions

1Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the grease.

2Add the tomato soup (do not dilute with water).

3Pour this mixture in the bottom of a pie dish or 9x9 baking dish.

4Add the green beans as the next layer.

5(My husband sometimes throws some canned corn in there, too!)

6Chop the potatoes into a small dice and boil until fork tender.

7Drain and mix into mashed potatoes, adding milk and butter according to your preference.

8Add the potatoes as the top layer of the pie.

9Cover with foil and bake at 375 F for 30 to 40 minutes, until heated through.

10If desired, remove the foil during the last few minutes of cooking and sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the pie.
