- 1-1/4 lb. (565 g) potatoes (about 4), cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup drained thawed frozen chopped spinach
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 3 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.

3or until potatoes are tender.

4Drain; return to saucepan.

5Add cream cheese product; mash until well blended.

6Mix in spinach.

7Heat oil in large skillet on medium-heat.

8Add onions and celery; cook 4 min.
