  • 1-1/4 lb. (565 g) potatoes (about 4), cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/4 cup drained thawed frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 3 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste

    Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.

    Drain; return to saucepan.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-heat.
