- 1/2 gal. rainbow sherbet
- 3 envelopes Dream Whip
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 18 to 20 coconut macaroons, crushed
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Mix milk and vanilla with Dream Whip; whip as directed on package.

2Fold in sugar.

3Add crushed macaroons and nuts to Dream Whip.

4Place 1/2 of mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread sherbet evenly over mixture.

5Spread remaining cookie mixture over sherbet.

6Freeze several hours or overnight.

7Cut in squares.

8Serves 12 or more.
