- 3 lb. chicken breast
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with seasonings and brown in 4 tablespoons butter.

2Arrange chicken in 2-quart casserole.

3Add artichokes to casserole dish.

4Add remaining butter, mushrooms and onions in frying pan.

5Saute until tender.

6Add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

7Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 375°.
