  • 2 lb. lean stewing beef
  • 3 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • freshly ground pepper
  • smidgen of garlic and seasoned salt

Directions

    Place in a casserole in the order given.

    Cover tightly and bake about 3 hours at 350°.
