- 3/4 cup sherry wine (may use 1 Cup)
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup chopped mushroom
Directions

1Cut Meat into 1 inch cubes.

2Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish.

3Sprinkle in a little cornstarch.

4Cover and Bake@ 325 degrees for 3 hours.

5Add chopped mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.

6Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
