- 4 chicken breast halves
- 12 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 tart cooking apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Pour sherry over raisins in bowl; let stand 15-30 minutes.
