  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Christian Brothers cream sherry
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil

    Mix at low speed for 1 minute, then at medium speed for 3 minutes.

    Flour and grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
