  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 c. halved, juicy bing cherries
  • 1/2 c slivered, blanched almonds
  • sour cream
  • extra almonds

Directions

    Prepare black cherry Jell-O, using sherry as part of the liquid.

    Chill until partially set and fold in cherries and almonds.

    Chill until firm.

    Unmold and top with sour cream and crunchy almonds.
