  • 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 cube margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. sherry wine
  • 3 or 4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained

Directions

    Combine the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt in bag.

    Shake chicken pieces in flour mixture until well coated. Melt margarine in shallow casserole.

    Lay chicken, skin side down, into casserole and bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
